The age grouping of our children are organized accordingly. This allows the categoraized age of the children to better understand and easily inspire one another through responsive gestures and vocal communications.
Because of this classification, our employees are well informed of the educational process for their assigned classroom. Each Caregiver conducts a scheduled daily function for each age group classification to perform and accomplish. Every child is encouraged to work with their peers in an activity group setting for the purpose of learning and inducing communication skills on a social level, however; the encouragement to work independantly is not disregarded.
While implementing optimistic social behavior, children gradually adopt the fortitude on how to interact and engage with others developing personal social skills. Though the child doesn't understand the process psychologically, subconsciously their decisions allow the building blocks of their identity.
